In most cases when this happens, the setup program was not able to create the necessary registry keys to install the Spellex add-in. Please follow the steps below.

1. Make sure all MS Office applications are closed.
2. Navigate to "C:\ProgramData\Spellex\Addin". Note: This folder might be hidden.
3. Double-click the "Spellex Add-in for Word.vsto" file.
4. Click Install or Allow.
5. This will manually install the Spellex add-in for MS Word.
6. Open Word to verify Spellex is now displayed.
