How does Spellex for Outlook Express work?
To use the Spellex for Outlook Express spell checker, type your email message in the New Message window of Outlook Express and place your cursor in the text box you would like to spell check. Then simply press the F7 key or click the Spelling button.
Do you have a similar product for the Mac?
At the present time, we do not carry a similar product for the Mac. To view a list of plug-in spell checkers compatible with Microsoft Office for the Mac, click here.
Can I add words to the Dictionaries?
Yes, you can add words to the Dictionary. While spell checking, if a word (Ex: Last name) comes up as a misspelled word. Simply click the Add button to add the word to the User Dictionary.
Do you have any Industry Dictionaries?
Spellex for Outlook Express can be used with Spellex industry spell checkers such as Spellex Medical, Spellex Pharmaceutical, Spellex Legal and Spellex Biotech and more!

Is there a way to place my order other than through the e-Store?
You may place your order by calling our customer service department at 800-442-9673 (813-792-7000) from 9 to 5:30 EST Monday-Friday. If you prefer to mail or fax your order, use the e-Store to add the product to your shopping cart and select the "Print Order Form" option.
Can I choose to download my purchase instead of having it shipped?
Spellex for Outlook Express is available for immediate download from the e-Store.
All Spellex purchases are backed by a satisfaction guarantee. Physical shipments have a 30-day return policy provided the product is in resalable condition. Downloads have a 10-day return policy. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. You must contact our customer service department at 800-442-9673 (813-792-7000) from 9 to 5:30 EST Monday-Friday to receive a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. Products returned to us without a RMA number will not be accepted.
Why do you offer free shipping to International locations but charge your US customers?
We offer free shipping to international locations because the import duties and taxes can add up to 30% of the total cost of the product. This prevents many people from ordering because the cost becomes unmanageable. As an incentive, we pay the freight costs with the customer still responsible for the GST and VAT charges.
